Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GIFMeme at https://gifmeme.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

GIFMeme provides GIF generation, discovery, sharing, and downloads. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

If you use paid features, the prices and payment terms displayed at checkout apply. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. For refund questions, please open a support ticket in your account; requests are handled according to the applicable terms.

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Their credits are added after successful payment and remain valid for the period shown on the pricing page.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the selected billing interval until canceled. Credits are added after each successful payment and expire at the end of that paid billing period. A yearly subscription grants its full annual credit allocation at once after annual payment. You can manage or cancel your subscription in billing settings; buying a different plan is not an automatic upgrade or a prorated plan change.

The generator displays the required credits before each GIF request. The charge depends on the selected model, generation mode, and frame count; a credit package does not guarantee a fixed number of GIFs. All paid options include the same generation features.

Intellectual Property

The GIFMeme brand, site design, and software we create for the service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This does not mean that we own all user content or GIFs available through the service.

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. GIFs obtained from external sources remain subject to their recorded source and license terms, including any attribution requirements. Review those terms before reusing a GIF; public availability or the ability to download it does not by itself grant permission for commercial use. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output is eligible for copyright protection or that you obtain exclusive rights to it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request account closure by opening a support ticket in your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
